Saw sharpening
We hand sharpen both panel and tenon (back) saws.
In addition to sharpening we ensure that saws are set to an appropriate level.
We also make sure that handles are clean and tight and that the saw is returned in perfect working order.
We can renovate old saws, cleaning the saw plate, removing the handle prior to degreasing, oiling, polishing and waxing.
It is the clients responsibility to delivering the saw to us for sharpening and collecting afterwards.
NOTE: modern point hardened saws are not suitable for resharpening. Please call for advice.
